Nowadays, technology focused on utilization this rich resource So many ways to harness utilize source have already been introduced; drying crops one its applications. Drying required improve quality well protect so unwanted issues like moisture, pest/insect attacks, birds/animals. Traditional methods are still used dry crops; preserving food product for long time.
